Heart, Charm, Action.
Perhaps because I've frequently been told that I embodied “Heart”, “Charm” and “Action”, I am attracted to roles that honestly portray complex human situations (likely why I'm also so drawn to Shakespeare and similar creators.) For me, energy and being ‘connected’ are critical.
My Roles
Hi, I'm
Brian
Pater
I was born in Portland, Oregon on April 22, 1995 – a true “Earth Day Birthday.” After a variety of experiences on stage, in short Indies and commercials – and more singing performances than I can recall - I enrolled in Bristol Old Vic Theatre School’s MA Programme in Professional Acting (International), graduating in August 2019.
I relish movement and voice. I've taught parkour and archery. I also enjoyed Stage Combat training under the esteemed Jonathan Howell, Head of Movement, Bristol Old Vic Theatre School. Additionally, I have also trained in epee, sabre, boxing, martial arts and other movement forms. And my vocal masters include Mark Bosnian and Carol Fairlamb.
